Geoff Schneider Women's Track & Field Posts Multiple PRs at Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup 1/31/2026 6:27:00 PM By: CONTACT: Connor Griffin, Assistant Director of Athletics Communications | cgriffin@daemen.edu ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Daemen women's track and field team competed in its final tune-up before the ECC Championships in two weeks, participating at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Saturday. The Wildcats logged three top-10 finishes and multiple personal bests at the meet. HIGHLIGHTS Becca Schultz (Grand Island, N.Y.) placed 12th in the 60m hurdles with a time of 10.01 seconds. Skylar Savage (Attica, N.Y.) took 18th, crossing the finish line in 10.36 seconds. Patsy Oberholzer (Greece, N.Y.) placed 11th in the mile, posting a personal-best time of 5:28.10. Madeline Straub (Olean, N.Y.) finished 14th, also recording a PR of 5:37.29. Mia Wright (Liverpool, N.Y.) came in 11th in the 400m dash, crossing the finish line in 1:02.23 Wright also finished ninth in the 200m dash with a time of 27.23 seconds. In the throw pit, Julia Petry (Batavia, N.Y.) took ninth in the shot put with a toss of 11.16m. Kristen Oliver (Massena, N.Y.) placed ninth in the weight throw with a toss of 13.63m. D'Naesha Quicksey (Buffalo, N.Y.) finished 11th in the triple jump with a leap of 9.54m. Schultz placed 13th, jumping 9.51m. UP NEXT The Wildcats are off until Feb. 15, when they will compete at the ECC Championship Meet in Staten Island, N.Y.
