2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
Raced in six of the team’s seven meets in 2024… Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in all six meets. Finished 38th of 61 runners and seventh on the team with a time of 22.21.8 at the Doug Watts Open… Finished 217th of 364 runners and fifth on the team with a time of 29.11.1 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational… Finished 269th out of 312 runners and six on the team at the Paul Short Run. Finished 53rd out of 120 runners and fourth on the team with a time of 27.59.1 at the Canisius Alumni Classic. Finished 26th out of 68 runners and fifth on the team with a time of 28.32.1 at the ECC Championships. At the NCAA Division II East Region Championship, he wrapped up his graduate season with a 10K PR of 35.14.12, crossing the finish line fifth for the Wildcats, earning him a 98th overall.

2023-24 (SENIOR)
Raced in six of Daemen's seven meets... set two personal records this season... placed 31st out of 79 runners with a time of 22:51.0 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... was the ninth straight Daemen runner to cross the finish line with a ninth-place finish of 29:19.5 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational... set an 8K PR of 28:46.0 as he placed 92nd out of 175 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational... followed up with a second consecutive PR of 27:35.6 at the Highlander Invitational, shaving a minute and eleven seconds off his PR from two weeks ago with a 46th place finish out of 151 runners... placed 66th out of 142 with a time of 27:41.7 at the Canisius Alumni Classic... tied his career-best finish with a 23rd place finish out of 62 with a time of 27:56.4 at the East Coast Conference Championships where he helped the Wildcats to a second-place team finish.

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
Competed in all seven of Daemen's meets ... finished as one of Daemen's top seven runners in five races this season ... set a personal best 6K time of 22:47.6 when he finished 26th out of 81 runners at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... placed 25th out of 64 runners at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a time of 31:24.7 ... earned a season-high 18th place finish at the Equality Invitational with a PR time of 29:24.9 ... proceeded to shave a minute and a half off his 8K personal record at the Highlander Invitational with a time of 28:49.9 as he placed 39th out of 123 runners ... finished 96th (28:26.6) at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... earned his highest finish at the East Coast Conference Championship, placing 23rd with a time of 29:02.0 ... finished 114th at with a time of 36:20.4 at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships, shaving over a minute and a half off his 10K PR set at the 2021 East Regional.

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in all seven of the team's meets... made his collegiate debut and posted a top-20 finish at the Frank Dillon Memorial Tournament hosted by Le Moyne College ... finished the 6K race in 45th place out of 65 runners with a time of 23:56.3 ... ran his first 8K race at the Daemen Duels and placed 15th out of 31 runners with a time of 31:22.1 ... turned in his best 8K time of the year (29:52.6) and placed 46th out of 66 runners at the East Coast Conference Championship ... competed in the 10K NCAA Division II East Regional and placed 131st out of 143 runners with a time of 37:52.7.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country and wrestling for the CSAT Eagles ... two-time captain of the cross country team ... four-time Sportsmanship Award recipient ... posted personal best times of 19:35 (5K) and 19:07 (3 miles) ... high honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society ... student leadership mentor ... member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
