2024 (JUNIOR)
Second Team All-ECC...  Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in all seven meets… Finished third on the team in back-to-back meets to open up the season, with a time of 21.05.5, good for 20th overall at the Doug Watts Open and 10th overall with a time of 28.06.2 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational… Placed 133rd of 364 and fourth on the team at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, with a time of 27.45.7… At the Paul Short Run, he placed 191 of 312 runners, finishing third on the team with a time of 27.31.7… In the last 3 meets of the season, he paced the Wildcats by crossing the finish line first... At the Canisius Alumni Classic, he was the first Wildcat to cross the finish line and 35th out of 120 runners with a time of 26.54.1… At the ECC Championships, he finished 10th overall and led the team with a time of 26.48.6 to earn Second Team All-ECC honors for the third straight season... He wrapped up his junior season at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships with a 10K PR of 35.54.7, crossing the finish line first for the Wildcats and finishing 35th overall out of 140 runners.

2023 (SOPHOMORE)
Second Team All-ECC... competed in all seven of Daemen's meets this season and placed fourth on the team in six races... set a PR in five meets... ran his first career 6K and placed ninth out of 79 runners and fifth on the team with a PR time of 21:06.7 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... was the fourth Daemen runner to cross the finish line as he placed fourth out of 19 runners at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a time of 28:14.7... set an 8K PR as he placed fourth on the team and 21st overall with a time of 26:46.2 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, shaving almost a minute off his previous PR (27:41.1) set at the 2022 Highlander Invitational... placed 62nd out of 142 and fourth on the team with a time of 27:32.4 at the Canisius Alumni Classic where the Wildcats practiced speedwork and running as a team in their final regular season meet... finished fourth on the team and ninth out of 62 runners with an 8K PR time of 26:19.1 at the ECC Championships to earn Second Team All-ECC honors as he helped the Wildcats to a second-place team finish... set a 10K PR of 33:31.6 as he placed 57th out of 136 runners and fourth on the team at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships and helped the Wildcats to a program-best fourth place team finish.

2022 (FRESHMAN)
ECC Rookie of the Year ... Second Team All-ECC ... competed in six of Daemen's seven meets ... put together a standout freshman season, setting personal records in five races on the year ... was one of Daemen's top five runners in five races and in the top seven Wildcat runners in all six meets ... made his Daemen debut with an 11th place finish out of 65 runners at the Daemen Alumni Invitational to post a time of 29:43.2 ... shaved 42 seconds off his PR at the Equality Invitational (29:01.0) in which he placed 14th ... posted a 41st place finish at the Highlander Invitational (27:51.9) for his first sub-29 minute 8K ... shaved 10 seconds off his Highlander Invitational PR at the Canisius Alumni Classic, posting a personal-best 8K time of 27:41.1 to finish 74th ... became the first Daemen runner to earn ECC Rookie of the Year as the first freshman to cross the finish line at the ECC Championships, placing 14th overall with a time of 27:50.5 ... ran his first collegiate 10K at the NCAA Division II East Regionals, finished third on the Daemen team and posted a time of 34:24.6 to finish 59th out of 146 runners ... was named ECC Rookie of the Week for a program record four times this season.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country for the Orchard Park High Quakers under the guidance of coaches Steven Dillsworth and Maddison Hornung ... finished as runner up at the Section 6 championships as a senior … also placed 18th at the NYSPHSAA championships as a senior, which earned him a spot in the NYS Federation Cross Country Championship … led the Quakers to a second place finish at the 2021 Section 6 championships …earned the Maroon Key Award (Team MVP) as a senior.
