2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
Second Team All-ECC… Raced in six of the team’s seven meets in 2024… Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in all six meets…. At the Doug Watts Open, he was the second Wildcat to cross the finish line with a time of 20.56.6, earning him 17th overall... He was the first Wildcat to cross the finish line and 6th of 66 runners at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a time of 27.24.3… Finished second on the team and 68th of 264 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational with a time of 26.45.3… At the Paul Short Run, he finished first on the team and 132nd of 312 runners with a time of 26.44.1... Earned Second Team All-ECC honors at the ECC Championships where he placed 13th overall and second on the team with a time of 27.07.7... Wrapped up his graduate season with a 10K PR time of 33:24.3 at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship, crossing the finish line 50th of 140 runners and third on the team.

2023-24 (SENIOR)
USTFCCCA All-Region... First Team All-East Coast Conference... Daemen 8K record breaker... led the Wildcats in five of Daemen's seven meets and finished with three PR's and a new school record this season... helped the Wildcats to back-to-back first place team finishes for the first time since 2011, as well as program-best finishes in three meets... set a 6K PR time of 20:32.8 as he posted a 4th place finish out of 79 runners at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... paced the field of 19 with a 1st place finish of 27:33.0 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational... led all Daemen runners with a 6th place finish out of 175 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational with a time of 25:38.0... set a personal record and Daemen 8K record time of 25:16.0 at the Highlander Invitational where he placed 3rd of 151, shaving 14 seconds off his own Daemen 8K record (25:30.1) set at the 2022 Highlander Invitational.. placed 61st of 142 and third on the team with a time of 27:31.8 at the Canisius Alumni Classic where the Wildcats practiced speedwork and running as a team in their final regular season meet... finished first on the team and 4th out of 62 at the ECC Championships to earn First Team All-ECC honors with a time of 25:31.0 as he helped Daemen to a second-place team finish... set a 10K PR of 32:05.5 (2nd in Daemen 10K record books) as he placed 20th out of 136 runners at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships and helped the Wildcats to a program-best fourth place team finish... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors as one of the top-25 runners to finish at regionals... three-time ECC Runner of the Week.

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
First Team All-East Coast Conference ... Daemen 8K record breaker ... Competed in all seven meets on the year ... put together a strong junior campaign with which he was the top Daemen finisher in all seven races and earned two personal records and set a school record ... finished in the top four in the first four meets, including two first-place finishes ... placed fourth out of 81 runners with a 6K personal-best time of 21:12.3 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... finished third with a time of 27:17.8 out of 65 runners at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... paced the field of 30 at the Equality Invitational with a first-place time of 26:41.6 ... set a personal record and Daemen 8K record time of 25:30.1 as he finished first in the Highlander Invitational, breaking Kevin Roginson's 2016 school record (25:31.6) set at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational ... turned around and posted his second-fastest 8K of his career at the Canisius Alumni Classic the next week with a 36th-place time of 26:22.0 which ranks fifth all-time in Daemen program history ... earned First Team All-ECC honors after placing 6th overall at the ECC Championships with a time of 26:57.7 ... wrapped up his junior season with a 34th-place finish of 33:35.7 over the 10K race at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships ... earned ECC Runner of the Week three times over the season.

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in six of the team's seven meets ... was the top Daemen finisher in five of his six races ... sat out the season-opening Frank Dillion Memorial Invitational ... made his collegiate debut and placed first out of 31 runners at the Daemen Duels with a time of 28:22.4 ... that effort earned him ECC Runner of the Week ... turned in a career-best 8K time (27:03.8) and placed 40th out of 199 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College ... posted a time of 27:16.8 and placed 41st out of 218 runners at the prestigious Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University ... posted the second fastest 8K time of his career (27:06.2) and placed 15th out of 119 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... finished 22nd at the East Coast Conference Championships with a time of 27:53.9 ... competed in the 10K NCAA Division II East Regional and placed 44th out of 143 runners with a time of 33:55.7, which ranks as the fourth fastest time by a Daemen runner in a regional championship since the program gained full NCAA Division II status in 2015.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country and track and field for the Wilson Lakemen ... named MVP of the cross country team as a senior ... also received the Niagara-Orleans League Sportsmanship Award ... Coaches Award recipient for cross country and track ... led Wilson cross country to second-place finish at 2018 Section VI Class C2 championship meet ... also helped Wilson track and field to undefeated Niagara-Orleans League championship in 2016 ... posted personal best times of 16:31 (5K), 4:42 (1 mile) and 2:08 (800 meters).
