EDINBORO, Pa. - The Daemen College women's tennis team suffered a 9-0 defeat at the hands of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania today.

The match was Daemen's second of the spring season as coach Kelly Brown's squad continues its inaugural campaign.  The loss dropped the Wildcats to 0-11 while Edinboro, a NCAA Division II and Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference member, improved to 6-3.

The Wildcats will go for their first win ever when they host Cazenovia College on March 23 at the Miller Tennis Center.  The teams last met on Sept. 30 with Cazenovia pulling off the narrow 5-4 win.
