ERIE, Pa.- The Daemen College women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 match today against the host Mercyhurst Lakers. The loss dropped the Wildcats' record to 1-12 on the year as the Lakers improved to 13-3 on the season.

No. 1 doubles team of freshmen Shaylah Iverson (Canandaigua, N.Y./Naples)  and Aman Shamaa (Clarence, N.Y./Clarence HS) were the only competitors for Daemen to get a mark in the win column, however, they came up short in an 8-1 decision.

The Wildcats will host Molloy College on April 14th in Amherst, NY at the Ellicott Tennis Courts.
