WALTHAM, Mass. - The Daemen College men's tennis team suffered an 8-1 defeat to Bentley University today in the Wildcats' first dual match of the season.  Daemen, which opened the year with three-straight tournaments, falls to 0-1 in dual matches this season.

BU opened the match by winning two out of three doubles matchups.  Daemen's lone point in the match came from the No. 3 doubles spot where John LeMar (North Tonawanda, N.Y./North Tonawanda) and Gregory Lowe (East Aurora, N.Y./East Aurora) took down BU's Sam Frye and Chase Rosa, 8-4.

BU swept through singles action to finalize their victory.

Daemen is back in action tomorrow versus Post University.
