OSWEGO, N.Y. -- The Daemen University men's tennis team wrapped up the fall portion of its 2025-26 schedule with a 5-2 road win over the SUNY Oswego Lakers this afternoon. Daemen's win snaps a two-match slide as they improve to 2-3 overall, while the Lakers fall to 0-1. 

Daemen swept through doubles action to take a 1-0 lead in the match, and followed up with wins in four of the six singles matches.

#1 -- Alex Lumanog & Lasse Mergens (DAE) def. Anthony Marcano & Cole Lyons (OSW), 6-1
#2 -- Rohan Chitanand & Mitch Pollack (DAE) def. Colin Byer & Tyler Yhun (OSW) , 6-1
#3 -- Riley Fitzgerald & Vondin Henderson (DAE) def. Jose Garcia & Connor Tutor (OSW), 6-4

#1 -- Mergens (DAE) def. Marcano (OSW), 6-4, 6-1
#2 -- Lyons (OSW) def. Chitanand (DAE), 3-6, 7-5, 6-1
#3 -- Lumanog (DAE) def. Byer (OSW), 6-0, 6-0
#4 -- Garcia (OSW) def. Pollack (DAE), 6-4, 2-6, 7-6
#5 -- Henderson (DAE) def. Fleming (OSW), 6-2, 7-5
