BACK ON THE COURT
The Daemen University women's tennis team plays three matches this week. The Wildcats travel to Pennsylvania to battle East Stroudsburg in a neutral site contest at Bloomsburg on Wednesday at 3 p.m. before dueling Bloomsburg on Thursday at 2 p.m. Daemen then plays at Ithaca on Saturday at 12 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Wildcats went 1-1 last weekend, first dropping a 7-0 decision to ECC foe D'Youville at home last Friday. Daemen then picked up a 7-0 win over Fredonia on their home court last Sunday. The Wildcats dominated the contest, winning all three doubles matches by 6-0 decisions and taking all six doubles matches, with two of the matches resulting in clean sweeps.

Several Wildcats earned their first wins of the season against Fredonia on Sunday. Lilly Goodemote (Sauquoit, N.Y.), Carly Armitage (Rochester, N.Y.), Ashley Bonilla (Flushing, N.Y.), and Dania Mehani (Amherst, N.Y.) all picked up their first singles wins of the season. Nadja Emmendorfer (Clarence, N.Y.) improved to 2-1 in singles, while Stephanie Baier (Boise, Idaho) and Bella Bjerkan (Elmhurst, Ill.) improved to 2-2. Goodemote and Mehani notched their first doubles victory of the year.
