Wildcats' goalkeeper Rylee Kumer (Ambridge, Pa.) made seven saves, including four in the second half to keep the Redhawks off the scoreboard. Daemen had six shots and three corner kicks. HIGHLIGHTS The Wildcats kept Roberts Wesleyan scoreless through first-half pressure, with Kumer making three saves during a 20:32-to-26:39 stretch. Earlier, the Wildcats generated the first corner of the match at 4:56 Taylor Fiegel (Lockport, N.Y.) recorded the Wildcats' lone shot of the half at 32:50, and the Wildcats added another corner in the 43rd minute. In the second, Roberts Wesleyan generated two corners and four shots from 53:14 to 59:09 before Kumer stopped Sam Cipolla's attempt, and the Wildcats answered immediately with a shot from Mia Wright (Liverpool, N.Y.). The Wildcats made a late push with four shots from 78:31 to 84:10, including saved efforts by Zainab Khalid (Penfield, N.Y.), Kaitlin Mettler (Royalton, N.Y.), and Fiegel. Bridey McKenzie (Amherst, N.Y.) also fired a shot wide in the 78th minute. Kumer made two more saves in the final 13 minutes, including one at 89:07, GAME NOTES Fiegel led the Wildcats with two shots, putting one attempt on goal. Kumer logged seven saves in 90 minutes. Daemen fired six shots, putting three on target. The Wildcats had three corners, recording two in the first half and one in the second.
