2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
Raced in all seven of the team’s meets in 2024... Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in three meets…placed 49th out of 61 runners with a time of 23.52.3 at the Doug Watts Open… placed 42nd out of 66 runners with a time of 31.39.4 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational… placed 264th out of 364 runners with a time of 30.33.7 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational earning him a seventh-place finish on the team….placed 91st of 120 runners with a time of 30.37.6 at the Canisus Alumni Classic… Was the seventh Wildcat to cross the finish line at the ECC Championships, good for 40th overall with a time of 30.22.9... Raced in the NCAA Division II East Region Championship for the first time and he wrapped up his graduate season with a 10K PR of 38.52.9, crossing the finish line seventh for the Wildcats, earning him a 134th-place finish.

2023-24 (SENIOR)
Raced in five of Daemen's seven races... finished 42nd of 79 with a time of 23:29.4 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... placed 16th at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a time of 31:41.4... set an 8K PR of 30:32.7 as he placed 123rd of 175 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational... placed 116 of 142 at the Canisius Alumni Invitational with a time of 30:34.3... finished 42nd of 62 runners with a time of 30:37.1 at the ECC Championships. 

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
Competed in six of Daemen's seven races ... made his Daemen cross country debut by posting a 23:27.9 6K at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational and finishing 35th out of 81 runners ... placed 28th out of 65 in his first career 8K race with a time of 32:08.6 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... shaved over a minute off his 8K PR at the Equality Invitational (30:50.2) placing 25th ... earned a personal-best 8K time at the Highlander Invitational with a time of 30:03.2 to finish 87th out of 123 runners ... placed 41st at the ECC Championships with a time of 31:36.6.

Competed in soccer, wrestling and baseball for the Alfred Almond High Eagles … two-time team Sportsmanship Award in baseball … voted most improved for soccer and wresting as a senior … National Honor Society.
