2024-25 (JUNIOR)
Raced in all seven of the team’s meets in 2024... Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in all seven meets… Placed 36th of 61 runners at the Doug Watts open with a time of 21.58.1… Placed 23rd out of 66 runners at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a time of 29.23.5… At the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, he ran a PR time of 27.26.8 to place 117th, improving by 17 seconds from his previous best of 27.44.0 at the 2023 Highlander Invitational.. Placed 257th of 312 runners at the Paul Short Run with a time of 28.48.8…Placed 54th of 120 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 28.05.5... Earned a season-best 19th place finish at the ECC Championships with a time of 28.01.0… Wrapped up his junior season with a 10K PR of 34.14.7 where he finished 70th, at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship. 

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE)
Ran in five of Daemen's seven meets this season... set a PR in three meets... finished seventh on the team and 20th out of 79 runners with a PR 6K time of 22:11.3 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... was the eighth straight Daemen runner to cross the finish line at the Daemen Alumni Invitational where he placed eighth out of 19 with a time of 29:08.9... set an 8K PR of 28:19.8 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational where he placed 73rd of 175 runners... followed up with a second consecutive personal best race when he placed 49th out of 151 with a PR time of 27:44.0 at the Highlander Invitational... finished 25th out of 62 runners with a time of 28:26.5 at the East Coast Conference Championships. 

2022-23 (FRESHMAN)
Competed in four of Daemen's seven meets ... made his collegiate debut with a 19th place finish at the Equality Invitational with a time of 29:26.4 ... posted a personal record 8K time of 28:27.9 when he placed 53rd out of 123 runners at the Highlander Invitational ... posted a time of 29:28.5 at the Canisius Alumni Classic where he placed 118th out of 176 runners ... finished 25th with a time of 29:08.7 at the ECC Championships.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country and track and field for the Lancaster High Legends under the guidance of coach Robert Niescier ... finished 12th at the Section 6 championships as a senior … named to the ECAC all-star team (cross country) as a junior and senior … earned the cross country team’s Lions Heart Award and the swimming team’s Spirit Award as a senior … helped the Legends to a third place finish at the 2021 Section 6 championships … also lettered in swimming … National Honor Society … scholar athlete all four years … health care academy.
