Daemen: Bobby McColl enters his first season at the helm for Daemen after spending the last three seasons as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Roberts Wesleyan College...McColl's tenure at Roberts Wesleyan notably came during that program's ascent to the NCAA Division II level of competition, compiling a 35-20-5 record in that span, including a 12-5-3 mark last season in which McColl led the Redhawks to an apparance in the East Coast Conference Tournament finals and at-large berth in the NCAA Division II National Championships....prior to his time in Rochester, McColl served for one season as the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Greenville College (Ill.), leading that NCAA Division III program to a 10-6-3 mark and a second-place finish in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference...a native of Glasgow, Scotland, McColl came stateside to compete collegiately, playing three season at Union University (Tenn.) before finishing his career at Trinity International University (Ill.).

Queens: Carl Christian is in his sixth season leading the men's soccer program at Queens...a native of Leicester, England, Christian is a 1991 graduate of Queens, and was a four-time all-conference selection during his collegiate career for the Knights...since taking the reins of the program, Christian has led the Knights to a 38-40-15 overall record to date, and two East Coast Conference Tournament appearances.

Molloy: The Lions are led by tenth-year head coach Danny Longo...over his first nine years on the job, Longo led Molloy to a 63-79-14 record, accounting for more than half of the program's total wins (114) dating back to its inaugural season in 1997...Longo's tenure includes the Lions' first and only ECC Tournament championship and NCAA Tournament appearance which came in 2008...Molloy returned to the ECC Tournament in 2014...prior to his stint in Rockville Centre, Longo spent six seasons at league rival C.W. Post (now LIU Post). |

| DAEMEN SCOUTING REPORT (1-7-0, 0-2-0 ECC) |
| Daemen returns 13 players from last year's team that finished 2-13-1 overall and 0-9-1 in the East Coast Conference…first-year head coach Bobby McColl returns the team's top two scorers and starting goalkeeper from last year...…sophomore Kyle Tracy and senior Alex Reid shared the team lead in scoring last season, both posting 10 points....Tracy's point total came on his team-leading five goals...Reid has scored 13 goals in his career and totaled 33 points heading into his final season for the Wildcats...sophomore net-minder Justin Figler played every second of every game last season as a true freshman, finishing second in the ECC with 88 saves...also back is senior forward Cole Beale who notched a team-high five goals and 11 points in 2014…in the midfield, Daemen returns a pair of veterans in Nick Sammarco and Logan Podrebarac...Sammarco has made 34 starts in his career to date while Podrebarac started in 14 of his 15 appearances last season while posting five points...senior Austin Stephany returns to anchor the Wildcat defense...he's made 30 appearances in the last two seasons, including 29 starts, since transferring from Division I Buffalo...newcomers who are expected to make an immediate impact include senior forward Colin Edwards, a transfer from Tiffin University, and freshmen backs Kyle White and Joe Keem...Daemen was picked 10th in the 2016 ECC preseason poll...Daemen snapped an 11-game slide dating back to last season with a 1-0 win at D'Youville on Sept. 11...freshman forward Ali Shawish netted the first goal of his career which stood up as the game-winner...since then, Daemen has suffered three consecutive defeats, falling at home to Gannon (8-1), Mercy (6-0) and St. Thomas Aquinas (2-1, OT)...Shawish scored his team-leading third goal of the season in the loss to STAC which was Daemen's second 2-1 (OT) loss of the season...Shawish leads the Wildcats in points (6), shots (27) and shots on goal (11)...additional offensive production has come from Beale (1 gl, 1 ast, 3 pts, 12 shots) and newcomer Colin Edwards (2 asts, 2 pts, 12 shots)...Figler has made six starts between the pipes, and he ranks fourth among ECC goalkeepers with 28 total saves...he posted the second shutout of his career in the win over D'Youville. |

| QUEENS SCOUTING REPORT (3-2-3, 0-1-1 ECC) |
| Queens returns 12 players from last season after going 7-10-0 overall and 7-3-0 in ECC play...the Knights' seven league wins earned them the No. 3 seed to the ECC Tournament in 2015, making their return to postseason play for the first time since 2011...QC's 2015 season came to an end in the ECC Tournament semifinals with a 2-1 loss to No. 2 NYIT...gone from that squad are four of the Knights' five all-conference selections...the lone returner from that group is third-team All-ECC goalkeeper and Perth, Australia native Robbie Webster...Webster allowed just eight goals in nine games (1.01 GAA) last season, while posting a 6-2-0 record and four shutouts...the Knights also return senior midfielder Nicholas Matusewicz who led a balanced scoresheet last season with 10 points (3 gls, 4 asts)...QC was picked fifth in the ECC preseason poll...after opening the year with a 3-0-2 record in their first five outings, the Knights have gone winless (0-2-1) since Sept. 17...included in the most recent stretch is a 2-0 loss at league favorite LIU Post and a 0-0 (2OT) draw vs. ECC foe St. Thomas Aquinas...sophomore midfielder Andras Breuer has paced the QC offense thus far, posting four goals and two assists (10 points)...Breuer netted both goals in a 2-0 non-league win over St. Michael's on Sept. 10...freshman forward Emgi Gousse has chipped in with five points (2 gls, 1 ast)...in goal, both Webster and fellow returner James Brostowski have seen action...Brostowski has made six starts and owns a 3-2-2 record with a .800 save percentage. |

| MOLLOY SCOUTING REPORT (3-2-0, 1-0-0 ECC) |
| After going 10-6-0 overall and 5-5-0 in ECC play in 2015, Molloy returns 10 players from last season's team...the Lions' even league record garnered 15 points and a sixth-place finish in the final ECC standings, just three points shy of a conference tournament berth...among the returners for MC is the offensively talented duo of Kyle Poetzsch and Mosiah Whyte, both senior forwards...Poetzsch was a first-team All-ECC pick in 2015 after tying for the league lead in goals (13)...he also finished third in the league in points (29), behind his teammate Whyte who finished second with 32 points...Whyte notched 11 tallies and posted 10 assists in 2015...Molloy also brings back redshirt-sophomore goalkeeper Stephen Tappeto who was the only player to appear between the pipes for Molloy last season...Tappeto led the league with 97 saves last year...Molloy was picked third in the ECC preseason poll...after opening the season with one win in their first three games, Molloy is coming off two straight wins heading into the weekend, including a 1-0 shutout of NYIT in their ECC opener on Sept. 24...the Lions host Roberts Wesleyan on Friday before facing Daemen on Sunday...senior midfielder Orlando Castaneda registered the lone goal in the win over NYIT, while newcomer Raul Bonilla made seven saves to preserve the clean sheet...for his efforts, Bonilla was named the ECC Defensive Player of the Week for Sept. 19-25...Poetzsch has picked up right where he left off as he leads the team with five goals, two assists and 12 points thus far...both Bonilla and Tappeto have seen action in goal...Bonilla's 0.53 goals against average ranks second in the league. |
