AMHERST, N.Y. - The Daemen University men's and women's track and field teams have both earned All-Academic Team status from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
To be eligible for USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors, teams must achieve a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and all team members must be accounted for in the compilation of the team GPA.
At the completion of the Spring 2023 semester, the Daemen women's track and field team held a cumulative GPA of 3.35, while their male counterparts owned a cumulative GPA of 3.11.
This marks the second-straight year that the Daemen men's and women's track and field teams have earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors.
