Hall of Fame
Alison LaPoint was inducted into the Daemen Athletics Hall of Fame in 2007 following a brilliant four-year career with the women’s basketball program. She appeared in and started a record 130 games and totaled 1,108 points and 769 rebounds. She remains the program’s all-time leader in assists, finishing her career with 674. LaPoint helped the Wildcats to 100 wins as well as AMC North Division championships in 2004, 2005 and 2007 and the 2006 AMC Tournament championship. An honorable mention NAIA All-American in 2007, LaPoint was a First Team All-AMC North selection and team MVP that same year.
